Join Our Team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager

Censys is a leading provider of internet visibility and intelligence solutions for security teams. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us establish a strong market presence.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our attack surface management product. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create a compelling value proposition, craft targeted messaging, and develop sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a unique value proposition for our product, aligned with target markets and buyer personas
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and execute a consistent product launch process
  • Author high-quality product content, including print, web, social media, and video
  • Drive a marketing strategy that meets or exceeds pipeline, bookings, and conversion targets
  • Effectively work across functional groups, including product management, business development, and sales
  • Participate in analyst relations and engage with Gartner, Forrester, and other industry analysts
  • Partner with sales teams to understand and document personas, use cases, and common objections
  • Analyze win/loss reporting, close rates, and other key funnel metrics to inform product marketing direction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong preference in threat intelligence/detection, vulnerability management, and asset discovery
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong project management and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, product management, press, and industry analysts to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies
  • A highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to quality and a passion for achieving results
What We Offer

Censys offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity. Our benefits include 401k match, health, vision, dental, and more. We prioritize work-life balance and support your well-being inside and outside the office.

We are looking for candidates based in one of our 4 hub locations: Los Altos, CA, Seattle, WA, Ann Arbor, MI, or Washington D.C. with the expectation to be in office 3 days a week.
