Job Summary

BronxWorks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs, including managing staff, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of direct service staff
  • Develop and implement program budgets and ensure timely payment from funding sources

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
