As a Business Development Manager at Daisy, you will engage with a range of advanced technology solutions, including:

  • Control Systems: Centralized systems that integrate lighting, climate, entertainment, and security for efficient home management.
  • Audio/Video Solutions: Premium audio and video systems for both single-room and whole-home entertainment.
  • Lighting Control Systems: Customizable lighting solutions featuring remote control and intelligent integration.
  • Networking Solutions: High-performance networking systems ensuring reliable internet connectivity.
  • Security Systems: Comprehensive security solutions including surveillance and access control systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the custom integration industry, with at least 2 years in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Proven experience in client sales, lead generation, and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with D-tools SI is preferred.
  • Documented success in A/V sales exceeding $1 million annually.
  • Hands-on experience with various technology systems.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and sales coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Work Schedule:
  • Standard hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute meal break.
  • Overtime may be necessary to meet business demands.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Sales commission and bonuses based on performance.
  • Total Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000.
