Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Associate to join our Boston market team. As a Dining Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment, and ensuring seamless food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment, providing a high level of customer service, and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of the space, clean dishes, and ensure a well-organized cafe environment.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Director when necessary.
- Food Service Operations: Maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment for customers.
