Position: Production Operator

Overview:

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to our customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, and packaging tools.
  • Prepare production equipment and materials prior to executing job orders.
  • Safely and effectively operate machinery for production tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in optimal and safe working condition.
  • Conduct inspections to identify any necessary repairs, replacements, or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance to uphold production quality and capacity.
  • Assist junior operators with their assigned tasks.
  • Repair and clean equipment as required.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
  • Operate industrial vehicles to transport production equipment between the warehouse and work areas.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment operation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
