Job Title: LED - Quality Control Technician 3

LMG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Technician 3. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our LED products, from receipt to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually examine components to determine obvious requirements for cleaning, repair, or other preparation to meet quality standards.
  • Make minor cosmetic repairs, including routine cleaning and replacement of labels.
  • Assist in the building of system racks based on order requirements.
  • Check the condition of cases and ensure that all components of shipping cases are operable.
  • Perform basic repairs to cases, including cutting and positioning of foam or blocking structures to meet product-shipping requirements.
  • Receive and review rental reservations and show orders, gathering information and recording required data on manifests.
  • Locate missing elements of orders and ensure that orders are complete.
  • Report the need for repairs identified from visual inspection and make standard or routine cosmetic repairs as required.
  • Set up product components for inspection and functional test to meet requirements of customer order and replicate show conditions.
  • Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse storage of inventory, including coded binning system for the proper and safe storage of equipment.
  • Assist with the design and location of equipment storage to enhance work effectiveness.
  • Load trucks as directed, assisting to position cases to ensure proper balancing of loads and to avoid shifting or damage in transit.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as quality control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
