Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to current and potential customers, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer, complete all transactions accurately, and handle cash and other financial transactions with precision.
  • Communication: Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Language Skills: English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, lift 15 lbs, and work in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
