Job Title: Site Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
  • Lead an experienced team in the management and support for enterprise-level infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with government customers to identify needs and opportunities for improvement, and plan and implement large-scale projects with minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Oversee a variety of tasks and activities related to technical support, cyber security, IT operations, and telecommunications, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluations of new and existing tools and technologies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide assistance and oversight for all operations activities, including personnel management, training, and development.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT and telecommunications contracts in a DoD environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or telecommunications.
  • Security+ certification (or equivalent) and PMP or CAPM certification.
  • ITIL certification and experience implementing quality assurance/control and safety programs and processes within the telecom industry.
  • Technical proficiency in OSP, NIPRNET, and SIPRNET systems and devices, as well as telephone service operations.
  • US citizenship and current Secret clearance.
