Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a long-term care facility in Wilsonville, OR. This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $47.00.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A valid and current RN license, CPR certification, and at least 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse are required.
Responsibilities:- Provide general nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
- Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
- May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A valid and current RN license issued within the US.
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
