Job Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a long-term care facility in Wilsonville, OR. This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $47.00.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A valid and current RN license, CPR certification, and at least 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse are required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
  • Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
  • Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
  • May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
  • May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
Requirements:
  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • A valid and current RN license issued within the US.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
  • Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
