At InterDent Service Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled CBO Coordinator - Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting our clinics with insurance-related issues, ensuring timely payment on claims, and resolving missing payments requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure payment on claims
- Work the CBO Work Queue related to claims not yet paid
- Run claim form type in QSI
- Troubleshoot and process ECS rejections daily to ensure 100% acceptance by insurance companies
- Review and resolve missing payments requests from the clinics for their region(s)
- Answer questions from the clinics regarding any of the above
- Research patient accounts for opportunities to collect back balances when needed
- Assign accounts to the collection agency when needed
- Experience with dental billing and insurance claims is required
- Thorough understanding of dental billing practices and procedures, including knowledge of state, local and federal laws
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement rules and methodologies for billing
- Able to communicate billing discrepancies and questions
- Fluent in Excel, Word, Outlook, typing (50+ WPM) and number entry accuracy
- Must maintain confidentiality of all records
- Experience with QSI software a plus

Pay Information:$20.00 per hour/DOE
