Night Shift Quality Specialist

Are you a night owl looking for a challenging and rewarding role? As a Night Shift Quality Specialist at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, you will play a critical part in ensuring our parks are ready to go when the sun goes down.
Working in Overnight Custodial, you will perform a wide range of prep duties prior to park opening, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and assisting with cleaning of facilities. You will work in a team environment, modeling a positive attitude, high energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine custodial services
- Assisting with cleaning of equipment and proper storage
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure a quality product
- Providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
- Performing other duties as assigned based on business need
What it takes to succeed:
- Must be able to work overnight shifts between 12:00 AM to 7:30 AM
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have basic understanding of custodial and grounds equipment
- Currently have valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
- Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour. Overnight differential eligible.
