We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop employee performance development plans and provide continuous feedback on performance.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
  • Supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
  • Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
Warehouse Functions:
  • Selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, replenishment, and product storage processes in a Grocery, Perishables, or Freezer Warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of related warehouse experience.
  • Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or General Equivalency Diploma in General Studies.
