is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Floor Controller/Greeter.
This full-time position is essential within the automotive sector.

As a Floor Controller/Greeter, you will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and positive environment for customers visiting our dealership.


Salary & Benefits:
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3000 to $4000, with biweekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Guide customers to the correct department or staff member for assistance
  • Monitor inventory levels and help organize vehicles on the showroom floor
  • Support administrative functions such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and management to promote smooth operations
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
  • Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in company training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
