Position Summary:
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Floor Controller/Greeter. This full-time position is integral to our operations in the automotive sector.
As the Floor Controller/Greeter, you will be essential in fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our clientele visiting the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3000 to $4000, with biweekly payments. Additionally, employees are entitled to benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and discounts on vehicles and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting environment.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department or staff member for assistance.
- Monitor inventory levels and aid in the organization and presentation of vehicles on the showroom floor.
- Support administrative functions such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and management to promote smooth operations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
- Participate in company training sessions and meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with other computer systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
