About the RoleThe F&I Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance and Insurance department. Responsibilities include assisting with customer financing, preparing paperwork for vehicle sales, and ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and processing finance paperwork for vehicle purchases and leases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, explaining financial options, and guiding customers through the financing process.
- Maintain accurate financial records, update customer information, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Aid in general administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Work closely with the F&I Manager and other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in automotive finance and insurance or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- A genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
