Job Description
Project Coordination Overview

The Project Organization Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This includes observing construction activities to ensure contractors maintain the published schedule and quality control efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams at different levels within the organization.

  • An advocate for the owner and makes recommendations to the owner relating to the owner's best interests.
  • Develop on-going communications between all parties.
  • Assist with contract development and risk management.
  • Coordinate project meetings and create minutes and action items.
  • Review and report on project progress, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Prepare monthly reports and detailed minutes of project meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management highly preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in construction management or related field.
  • Posses a valid state-issued driver's license and meets company's auto insurance requirements.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
