As a Senior Financial Collections Consultant, your key responsibilities will encompass:
1. Formulating and executing strategies for the management of accounts receivable and collections processes.
2. Engaging in B2B collections and negotiations to secure timely invoice payments.
3. Conducting account reconciliations to pinpoint and rectify discrepancies.
4. Leveraging advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data, produce reports, and monitor performance.
5. Implementing cash applications to accurately document received payments.
6. Collaborating with various departments to address billing issues and enhance processes.
7. Tracking and reporting on essential metrics related to accounts receivable and collections.
8. Ensuring adherence to all pertinent regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Senior Financial Collections Consultant position, candidates must possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, with a focus on B2B collections and negotiations.
2. Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliations and cash applications.
3. Proficient Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
4. Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
