Job Title: Senior Fraud Analyst

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention and detection team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential and actual losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of customer cases, reports, and work to identify potential and actual losses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize fraud, AML, and operational risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and improve processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of analysis performed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
