We operate a rapidly expanding business model that includes direct-to-consumer sales via our website, as well as partnerships with major online retailers and wholesale channels.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Your ability to assist our clients in obtaining their needs will play a vital role in strengthening the Tread Labs brand. This position is essential to our operations and offers significant opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Exceeding customer expectations for all incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Responding to customer feedback and inquiries on various platforms.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify current customer issues and develop solutions to enhance the brand experience.
  • Recruiting and communicating with product testing teams, including conducting surveys and follow-ups.
  • Tracking and reporting on key customer service metrics and identifying trends.
  • Managing daily office needs, including supply orders and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the footwear, outdoor, athletic, or health-related sectors.
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in communications, marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • The ability to quickly learn new software applications.
