Your Responsibilities as a Client Support Specialist

In this role, you will manage incoming calls from our diverse clientele, consistently aiming to deliver outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate computerized customer records, addressing inquiries, authorizing transactions, and most importantly, fostering strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, thrive in a collaborative environment, and communicate effectively. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously, type while conversing, and utilize Microsoft Outlook comfortably.

Work Environment

You will have the flexibility to work remotely or from our office. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet is necessary. We will provide the necessary technology and equipment to perform your duties effectively. Occasionally, you may be required to visit our office, so residing within a reasonable commuting distance is essential.

Eligibility Criteria for Consideration

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent military experience.
  • Confidence in using computer systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our facility.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
  • New hires must complete a minimum period of continuous service before applying for other roles within the company.
