Customer Care Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach: Develop and execute outbound communication strategies to engage with potential customers, fostering strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads to ensure they meet our mobility solutions criteria, gathering essential information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and organize appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our mobility solutions to customers, overcoming objections and building interest.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, updating lead information as needed with precision.
  • Follow-up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert prospects into scheduled appointments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team and local branch to provide relevant information about scheduled appointments, ensuring a seamless transition.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Must be able to operate a computer for most of the workday with appropriate rest periods.
