Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Rosen Nissan Milwaukee. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of our new- and used-vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory, including interior and exterior cleaning, fluid replenishment, and battery replacement.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Keep our new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Clean driveways and sidewalks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed to support our sales and service teams.
  • Make key tags for vehicles to facilitate efficient sales and delivery processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and retrieve/deliver vehicles to and from property locations as required.
  • Supervise and support other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow directions and instructions with a positive attitude and can-do mentality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission) and willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
