Transform Lives with Autism Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team at Consultants for Children, Inc. As a key member of our clinical/support team, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

About the Role:

This part-time position is based in Brighton, CO, and requires 16 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in home, school, or community settings.

Your primary focus will be on teaching and increasing language and communication skills, promoting social skills, encouraging daily living activities, and developing pre-academic skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA intervention programs using evidence-based protocols and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Collect data on child behavior and progress.
  • Teach specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan.
  • Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements:
  • Patient and able to interact effectively with active children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a therapy team.
  • Minimum 10 hours of availability per week.
  • Able to lift 40lbs, run, kneel, stand, and play.
  • Must be certified as an RBT within 90 days of employment.
