About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement intervention plans aligned with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy principles. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote optimal child growth and development
  • Fostering strong relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the therapeutic process
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong educational foundation, preferably in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field; enrollment in or completion of a degree program is highly desirable
  • The ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, which Soar Autism Center will support through paid training and professional development opportunities
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for supporting their growth and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and team members
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to meet physical demands of the job, including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
