Property Management Assistant

About the Job
Maine Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a Residential Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to leasing properties, including delivering notices, displaying signs, taking photos, conducting inspections, and accompanying maintenance vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering Notices: Deliver notices to residents and tenants as needed, ensuring timely communication and compliance with company policies.
- Displaying Signs: Display signs in visible locations to advertise available properties, increasing visibility and attracting potential tenants.
- Taking Photos: Take high-quality photos of properties for use in marketing materials, showcasing properties in their best light.
- Conducting Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of occupied and vacant apartments to ensure they meet company standards, maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
- Accompanying Vendors: Accompany maintenance vendors to properties to address resident concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Key Management: Create and distribute keys as necessary, ensuring secure access to properties.
- Showing Apartments: Show available apartments to prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Phone Support: Respond promptly to phone calls from prospective tenants, providing accurate information and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday role, with a regular 8-hour workday, providing a stable and predictable schedule.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position, enabling you to effectively complete tasks and travel between properties.
