About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at Augusta Rental Homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a fair and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist property managers with daily tasks, including processing maintenance requests and coordinating move-in and move-out processes.
  • Process NSF fees and late charges, maintaining accurate records and communicating with residents as needed.
  • Conduct leasing duties, including showing units, processing applications, and securing new leases.
