Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our team at Baystate Children's Hospital, a 107-bed and 55-bassinet hospital within Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.

Position Highlights
  • Join a team of 10 NICU NNPs and PAs and 7 neonatologists in the region's only Level III NICU.
  • Top-notch evidence-based care is our highest priority as we manage the daily care of high-risk infants in both our NICU and Continuing Care Nursery.
  • Opportunity to be engaged in clinical and QI research, as well as involved in the medical education of resident physicians, medical students, and APP students.
  • 12 or 24 hour shifts with rotating days/nights/weekends split evenly across the team.
  • Full time, part time, and per diem roles are available.
Qualifications
  • BC Physician Assistant.
  • Experience in a level III nursery is highly desired.
