Position Overview
The Property Leasing Consultant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls.
  • Arrange property tours and showcase available units.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective tenants in accordance with established protocols.
  • Greet visitors warmly as they enter the office.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all leasing processes are completed accurately.
  • Achieve a minimum of 33% conversion rate from showings to leases.
  • Maintain a telephone performance rate of at least 62%.
  • Ensure a 50% conversion rate from phone inquiries to scheduled tours.
  • Contribute innovative marketing ideas and strategies to enhance apartment rentals, including the creation of promotional materials.
  • Monitor and respond to office communications.
  • Inform current residents about upcoming tours.

Resident Engagement

  • Direct all resident inquiries and concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Assist in organizing resident events.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of accountability to both the company and its residents.

Administrative Duties

  • Process applications and leases efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems as needed.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Track tours and maintain documentation in the show-to-lease spreadsheet.
  • Familiarize yourself with electronic signing tools.

Success Metrics

  • Achieve a show-to-lease ratio of at least 33%.
  • Maintain a telephone performance analysis score of 62% or higher, with a phone-to-tour conversion rate of 50%.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of leasing packets from qualified applicants.

Position Details
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, including some weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
