Surety Contract Underwriting Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Surety Contract Underwriting Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for processing and billing contract bonds for all applicable contract bonds company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to underwriters by processing and billing contract bonds
  • Invoice bonds and maintain suspense calendars
  • Set up and maintain bond files in our internal system
  • Close bond files and pull credit reports as necessary
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Backup for answering phones and reception duties
  • Prepare outgoing mail and overnights

Requirements:

  • Strong PC skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills
