Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team at Bright Insights. As a Business Marketing Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for executing hands-on marketing of telecommunication services. Your primary goal will be to educate and excite customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales by working face-to-face with customers at their homes or events set up by our company.
  • Develop a high level of initiative and self-motivation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Position and create product and brand awareness to increase visibility and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain plans, features, products, and services.
  • Increase the visibility of products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Create first-rate customer experiences to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals to contribute to the growth and success of Bright Insights.
  • Attend requested training sessions and conference calls to stay up-to-date on new products and services.

Training and Coaching:

  • Provide positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to develop sales and customer engagement skills.
  • Maintain sound knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend requested training sessions and conference calls to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Review new product and service offerings from Bright Insights to stay informed and provide accurate information to customers.

Relationship Development:

  • Establish and manage critical relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage positive business relationships with employees at assigned partner locations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, customer-service oriented, brand marketing, communications, marketing, event promotion, or outside sales experience considered.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Aptitude for sensing and responding to a wide range of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to listen carefully and actively to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect, and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers, and peers.
  • Flexible for scheduling including weekends to accommodate customer needs and preferences.
