Brand Experience Manager

At Strategic, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Experience Manager to play a vital role in building strong relationships with our customers. As the primary liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to best customer service practices.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, empathetic, and driven, with a knack for solving complex problems. You will work closely with our sales team to present products that best suit customer needs and identify new market trends to enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by informing and educating customers about our brands and products.
- Be the first point of contact for customers to resolve product or service questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Support the sales team in the sales cycle and present products that meet customer needs.
- Identify new market trends and inefficiencies to improve customer service and experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable with in-person sales and face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
