Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Frontline Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist members and make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
