Position Overview
As an Account Associate, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective issue resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. Your role will involve identifying and addressing the root causes of customer inquiries, recognizing opportunities for revenue and service enhancements, and understanding customer needs to foster loyalty and profitability. This position is designed for those eager to learn and develop skills in customer service while showcasing exceptional abilities in courtesy, concern, timely resolution, value creation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective resolutions to a variety of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and value through proactive account management, recognizing opportunities for additional products, features, and services, as well as managing past-due balances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing available resources and training tools.
  • Meet departmental productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Approach each interaction with a positive mindset, treating every customer with respect and a genuine desire to assist.
  • Complete necessary training to acquire new skills and processes, expand knowledge of systems, and achieve proficiency in company values and competencies required for the Expert role.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience
  • Required: Ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Additional Information:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $20.00
All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
