Automotive Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and efficient individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and close work orders.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with cash handling and data entry.
- Availability to work Saturdays is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
