Your Role in Connecting Communities

The Retail Mobile Solutions Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our Boost Mobile clientele. This position involves understanding and addressing the telecommunication needs of customers, as well as engaging in promotional activities to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships. Our sales professionals undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are well-equipped to assist customers in their decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial and ongoing training to become proficient in presenting prepaid mobile solutions.
  • Engage with every customer who visits the store, recognizing their choice to shop with us.
  • Achieve sales targets as outlined by management.
  • Maintain compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere, addressing each sales opportunity with professionalism.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives on behalf of Boost Mobile.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Maximize productivity during shifts, regardless of customer volume.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of experience in customer service or sales within a retail setting; experience in wireless sales is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred in certain regions.
  • Exhibit a professional, energetic, and positive demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $17.00, with additional commission opportunities based on performance.
