Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, arrange conferences, and book catering and AV equipment.
  • Organize files and documents, prepare reports, and maintain expense records.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
