At Server Products, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing deep customer relationships and managing assigned customers and rep groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 12-to-18-month business plans with clearly stated Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measurements, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, collecting and documenting competitive intelligence.
- Provide Voice of Customer and Fact-based data to qualify sales projects aligned to our growth strategy.
- Deliver powerful product presentations/demonstrations to customers, highlighting our value-added features and explaining the benefits of products.
- Promptly respond to customers' technical questions regarding our products' features, applications, technology, and recommended cleaning options.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 25 – 30% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
- Strong planning & organization skills, along with critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
