Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is dedicated to delivering pest management solutions tailored for the commercial food sector.
In this role, under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will engage with clients and internal team members, process orders, manage bill of ladings, prepare freight quotations, and track shipments. Furthermore, you will oversee the maintenance of applicators' licenses and stewardship data entry, manage product costs and pricing, maintain customer-approved pesticide lists, labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). This position requires fostering excellent customer relationships through professional service, informed communication, and meticulous documentation. Join us in a stable and expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from customers and field personnel.
- Assist clients by taking and inputting orders into the order processing system.
- Conduct data entry and submit information to SharePoint for tracking shipments, product details, bill of ladings, equipment parts, price lists, respiratory masks/cartridges, gas detection equipment, scanners, labels/SDS, manuals, signs, and miscellaneous labels.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Marketing, and other departments to support cost adjustments, sales comparisons, and special projects.
