The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 per year, including a base salary and commission. You will also receive benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off (PTO). In addition, you will enjoy bonuses and a year-end bonus plan.
Your responsibilities will include spending time with customers at the showroom, determining their needs, and discussing vehicle options. You will also commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Other responsibilities include maintaining all required training, completing quotes, explaining financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles, following up with customers, and generating leads by referrals.
To succeed in this role, you should have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. You should also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, and have excellent customer service skills.
