About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
