Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the HR function, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This role will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures that support the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee communications.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational changes that support business objectives, including restructuring, process improvements, and change management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
