About the Role

Xe is a leading provider of innovative financial services, delivering fast, secure, and affordable global money transfers to millions of customers worldwide. As a Product Designer at Xe, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make data-driven design decisions to improve the product and user experience
  • Map user journeys and flows to create a seamless user experience
  • Sketch, wireframe, and mockup screens and user flows iteratively, with varying levels of fidelity
  • Prepare and present design proposals to the team
  • Prepare screens and components for handoff to the engineering team
  • Work directly with the product and engineering teams to better understand the technical aspects and business needs, and help them better understand the user needs
  • Engage in backlog negotiation along with your product and engineering peers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes
  • Inquisitive and a critical thinker
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Curious about what drives people to behave a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process
  • Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered methodologies or philosophies
  • Avid user of hotkeys/keyboard shortcuts or anything that helps streamline the workflow
  • Experienced with Figma, with a deep understanding of all of its features and functionalities

Compensation

The range in Colorado for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
