  • Remain up-to-date on design best practices, industry trends, and consumer preferences.
What Success Looks Like
  • You will be surrounded by a dedicated group of talented designers and will be integrated into an active cadence of Design Jams, pressure testing each other's work, and supporting wherever is needed.
  • You will be partnered with a Product Manager and expected to take ownership of the discovery and execution of UX/UI design within a dedicated product squad.
  • You will be measured on your ability to design well-thought-out, human-centered solutions that are seamless experiences and are composed of strong visual user interfaces.

  • Strong working knowledge of design and productivity tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Maze, Pendo, Loom, Jira, Confluence, Looker or equivalent.
Preferred Education/Experience
  • BA/BS in Design or HCI or equivalent certificate program in UX/UI Design.
  • Enterprise, SAAS and systems design experience preferred.
