Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out troubleshooting and repairs for designated modalities, ensuring a high success rate in problem diagnosis.
  • Gain proficiency in and conduct supervised calibrations and preventative maintenance on assigned modalities.
  • Safely operate in confined spaces, including high-current and high-voltage modulators.
  • Interpret and follow signal flow in blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Submit accurate and timely service reports, timesheets, expense reports, and other necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Physics, or a related field is required.
  • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Competency with computers is essential.
  • Proficient in using test equipment and hand tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a self-motivated, "can-do" attitude.
