Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients, vendors, and patrons of Maine Optometry.
  • Perform various routine clerical tasks, including data entry support and maintaining the reception area.
  • Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct patients to the appropriate staff member.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software.
