New Communities Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Residential Care Administrator to lead our 30-bed Pinewood Terrace facility in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and ensuring the highest quality of services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage department managers and staff to deliver exceptional care and services
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of the facility, including health care services and MDS-RCA resident level documentation
- Monitor and implement systems to ensure accountability of all departments
- Manage financial performance, including census development and budgeting
- Promote Pinewood Terrace by building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assess resident referrals and guide admissions
- Valid Maine State PNMI Level IV Residential Care Administrator License or Multi-Level License
- Minimum of five years of experience leading a long-term care facility
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of industry-specific software programs such as PointClickCare or other electronic health record systems
- Expertise in Maine Residential Care reimbursement, Case Mix, and MDS-RCA assessment management
