    • Oversee the daily operations of our imaging centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure that all imaging centers meet or exceed quality standards, including patient experience and safety protocols.
    • Develop and implement processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA and ARRT.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in preparing operating budgets and analyzing financial performance.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree in business or a related field.
  • 5 years of medical imaging operations management experience.
  • ARRT certification.
