  • Training and Development: Assist with the training of new Surveillance officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, including signing an acknowledgement of regulatory requirements prior to employment in the Surveillance Department.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Cooperate with employees within the department and other departments, communicating effectively and maintaining a positive attitude.
