Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients on a daily basis to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
