Job Description
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide direct support to the Branch Director and be cross-trained in several areas of office administration - Medical Records, Billing, Scheduling, Human Resources, and Payroll.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Human Resources documentation and conducting new hire orientations.
- Processing payroll and mileage analysis reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ordering office supplies and medical equipment, and managing inventory levels.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of medical records experience in a clinic, hospital, or home health setting.
- Previous experience working with EMR systems and electronic medical records.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
